Updated Story Board

Going back to storyboarding! I actually liked storyboarding this time way more than when we completed the "initial" storyboard, and I think mostly the reason why was because since we filmed now, it was WAYY easier for us to lay out all the components that needed to be on the storyboard, or at least everything that was important for us to actually add on there. Especially when it came to adding elements like transitions and camera angles, it became SO MUCH easier to talk about it and write it on paper after filming and editing, because our group now knows SO much more about transitions and all the editing and "smaller" elements that we just didn't really know beforehand.

One of the major changes that we made from the initial storyboard was cutting out the "argument scene" that was at the end of the initial storyboard. When we were first planning, our fear was that we wouldn't have enough scenes and we would have too much time left over, making the film look awkward. But, it was literally the complete opposite. In the end, we couldn't even FILM the "argument scene" because it just simply wouldn't have fit in the film (like at ALL). Even though I am kind of sad that I didn't get to fake scream at my friends, maybe it was for the best in this case.

Another major change that we were able to make to the storyboard is being more specific with the characters and location. At the time that we were making the initial storyboard, we had IDEAS down, but nothing was really set in stone. I mean, we didn't even have character names at the time. So all the characters were listed as "Suspect #1, #2" and so on. Even the Detective was named "Investigator" at the time. But now, we were able to be way more specific with what we wanted for the character's name and persona on the storyboard. Also setting wasn't predetermined, so now we were able to make a more descriptive storyboard with detailed settings.

Lastly, we made slight changes to the beginning scene, adding more elements to the cop car scene and also adding another scene that wasn't in the original planning.

But anyways, here's the storyboard!
